# Kickoff — `work/flows-canvas` (flows lane)

You are the flows lane. Worktree `..\channels-manager-flows`, branch
`work/flows-canvas`. Read only THIS file, then:

1. `PARALLEL-SESSIONS.md`, then the full `KICKOFF-PROMPT.md` ritual.
2. FIRST THING in the worktree: `git fetch origin && git rebase origin/main`,
   then the post-pull regen. If the rebase brings nothing, say so — don't guess.
3. Your state file is `plans/rethink/flows-canvas-handoff.md`. Read it whole.
   It outranks the shared `HANDOFF.md` for this lane, and it carries the
   CURRENT "what is left, in order" plus the hard-won constraints — take your
   work list from there, never from memory of this prompt.

**Mission (durable):** finish the flows scope. The canvas is built and live;
what remains is the state file's ordered list (trigger wizard first at last
writing). Nothing in this lane touches the nine held screens or Activity/Posts.

**Oracle pattern:** per-package tests + `pnpm --filter @channels/web build`,
a 1920 screenshot beside the sheet for anything visual, health green after any
api change.
