Two things to pick

The words are changed: Receiving → Live and Gone quiet → Quiet. Below, the pill treatment to replace the one that reads stale, and then the three rows you want on each channel.

1 · The status pill

Five treatments, each shown on the three states that matter, beside a channel mark so you can see whether it still fights for attention. Same word, same colour, different chrome — the only variable is how much container the state gets.

Everything each channel could honestly show, with a second naming option under each. Tick three per channel, and tick the name you want. Ticked now is what the card carries today.

Reading the columns. Name gives you two wordings for the same row — the top is the current one. Reads as shows the real value. Where it comes from names the field, and a red line under it means the payload does not carry it yet.

One thing worth knowing before you pick. Three of the candidates — Waiting for you, Handled on its own and the canary count — are computed workspace-wide today, not per channel. They are the most interesting rows on offer and the most expensive: each needs a per-channel breakdown that does not exist. The gate rows are cheap by comparison, since the gates are already resolved server-side and simply not sent.
